About the job

  • As a Data Analyst, you will join RISK Commercial, Personal Banking and Services (CPBS) DMA4DMD and work closely with RISK CPBS entities in a multicultural environment. Your role will be to design, develop and maintain dashboards and data services to monitor scorings and risk metrics, with a strong focus on data quality and reliability. Working hand in hand with Data Engineers and business teams, you will contribute to data integration processes, advanced analyses and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI‑driven approaches. Using modern analytics tools such as SQL, Dataiku, Tableau, Power BI and Python, you will deliver high value‑added insights to support risk monitoring and decision‑making

 

Your Main Activities Are

  • Contribute to the Digital Plan of RISK CPBS by optimising business rules through the Personal Finance (PF) Risk-Based Optimisation (RBO) Toolkit
  • Ensure effective communication with upstream entities and develop features requested by other CPBS entities
  • Support the internalisation strategy by building expertise and sharing knowledge within the team
  • Compile and maintain an inventory of business rules and monitoring metrics across all CPBS entities
  • Map expert systems and analytical platforms used within the organisation
  • Develop and enhance dashboards and data visualisation tools to support business decision-making
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with upstream entities and other stakeholders
  • Develop features and solutions requested by various entities, even if not prioritised by PF, to enable future packaging and reuse
  • Participate in the implementation and optimisation of business rules, leveraging the PF RBO Toolkit
  • Conduct analyses to build expertise and support the integration of new team members, while minimising operational impact
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and business teams to deliver data integration processes and ensure quality deliverables
  • Proactively propose and implement functional and technical improvements, including automation and innovative methods (for example, AI algorithms)
  • Participate in needs assessment workshops (new requirements, dashboard evolution, among others)
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, business teams, and other Data Analysts to design and implement data integration processes
  • Coordinate with upstream entities to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop features requested by other entities, even if not prioritised by PF, to enable future packaging and reuse
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualisations (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Monitor data processing chains and resolve incidents
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of data and services provided
  • Conduct specific analyses on dedicated topics or situations
  • Propose and implement functional and technical improvements (automation, performance optimisation, AI algorithms, among others)
  • Write and update technical and functional documentation (views, dashboards, processes)
  • Ensure the functional testing phase of dashboards before release
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Support the integration and upskilling of new team members

 

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Knowledge of data preparation and data visualisation
  • Awareness of IT security and cybersecurity best practice
  • TABLEAU, Power BI, SQL – Python is a plus
  • Experience with collaborative data science platforms (for example, Domino, Dataiku)
  • Analytical mindset, rigour, and ability to synthesise
  • Effective communication and teamwork in a multicultural environment 
  • Adaptability, creativity, and proactive problem-solving 
  • Continuous learning and willingness to innovate

  • Operational English – Read, written, spoken
