About the job

  • The Business Analyst mission is to establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT, translating each business need into detailed requirements. Collects and analyses every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply user’s requests for enhancement of the system, proposing and documenting the most optimal solutions to meet always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process

 

Your Main Activities Are

  • Design, Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing detailed requirements
  • Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts
  • Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment
  • Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed

 

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including user stories, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies
  • Solid experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and business process modelling
  • Experience in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and alignment across business and IT teams
  • Proficiency in tools supporting business analysis and project delivery (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow or equivalent)
  • Ability to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements (user stories, use cases, functional specifications)
  • Strong capability to model and optimize business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ability to support end-to-end delivery, including functional testing (UAT), change management, and user support
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering business value
  • Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement approach
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively across cross-functional teams

 

About the Team 

  • As part of the Transversal Assets and Information Technology Transversal & Functions (ITT&F) organization, the Referential domain manages reference (master) data shared across the Group, ensuring consistency, standardization, and a unified view of data attributes and nomenclatures
  • The team delivers Master Data solutions across Finance, Risk, and Human Resources, covering counterparty data, financial and organizational structures, as well as nomenclatures and data dictionaries
