• Complete the internal security onboarding curriculum (policy basics, security frameworks, tools used by the team).
• Read and understand the mandatory compliance and security awareness standards under CIB.

Program Support

• Assist the initiative lead in preparing project plans, status trackers, and meeting minutes.
• Gather and organise data for KPI reporting.

Documentation

• Conduct basic checks to ensure documentation is version‑controlled and stored in the central repository.

Awareness & Communications

• Help coordinate the rollout of security‑awareness emails, newsletters, and posters.
• Support the set‑up of phishing‑simulation campaigns (e.g., loading templates, scheduling, basic result collation).

Risk & Threat Insight

• Perform routine monitoring of internal dashboards to identify obvious anomalies for their improvement.

Stakeholder Interaction

• Attend cross‑functional meetings as a note‑taker and later share concise action‑item summaries.
• Respond to basic internal queries about security policies using pre‑approved FAQ material.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in “lessons‑learned” workshops after each campaign or project.
• Suggest small enhancements (e.g., clearer wording in communications) and present them to the mentor.

Technical Familiarity

• Basic understanding of security concepts (confidentiality, integrity, availability).
• Exposure to Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, basic data‑analysis tools (Excel, Power BI basics).

Soft Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and good organisational habits.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of small tasks.
