Position Purpose | |||||||
The position is for a Tech Lead. Person will be responsible to understand the upcoming requirements, provide optimal design solutions for it and ensure its on time delivery by the team. Provide Continuous improvement and innovative solutions for the applications and teams tasks.

Responsibilities | |||||||
Direct Responsibilities Strong leadership experience in guiding teams in designing and development of web applications. Experience in providing solutions to architecture level issues Study user requirement, develop specifications, design, review code and implement systems in line with Group standards and regulatory requirements IN ORDER TO meet user (business) requirements. Handle development/design projects using Java, J2EE, Oracle, JavaScript, Hibernate, angular, Spring, Jboss Further enhance, Trouble-shoot, understand & resolve problems related to existing systems IN ORDER TO meet user requirements and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.
Contributing Responsibilities Guiding the team with best coding practices, doing code reviews and provides functional and technical help. Should be a quick learner.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies | |||||||
Strong Skills on JAVA, ORACLE SQL, Multithreading, JMS, MQ and webservices Web application development experience AJAX, Java Script, Jquery experience Experience of working with any one of the application servers like Webshpere, JBOSS, Weblogic Should have experience on at least one web framework Ability to interpret / write specs and develop the code Knowledge of Java Secure coding practices Strong understanding of SVN or other version control tool, Deployment tools like Jenkins, code review tools like SONAR. Experience in solving performance related issue in Java & Oracle SQL. Understanding & working experience in Unix & LINUX OS Strong Understanding of complete software lifecycle
