Job Title: Vice President – CEFS Budget and Reports
Department: ISPL Data Office, CIB IT Transversal
About Business line/Function:
The CEFS team in ISPL is responsible and caters different functions to AML, KYC, referential and Client Services for clients of BNP Paribas across multiple countries across APAC, EMEA and America. It is extended team working with onshore counterparts
Position Purpose:
The role will report to the Data Management Lead and will be primarily responsible for implementation and ongoing governance of an enterprise Business Glossary as a definitive dictionary of business terms and relationships used across the enterprise. The definitions must be designed to engender a common understanding of the term for all stakeholders involved in data governance and budget and Invoices.
The position requires working in a virtual team and international environment and is multidisciplinary in nature. It involves coordination with other locations and divisions of BNP Paribas as necessary. It is important that the candidate should have strong financial products knowledge along with high analytical skills and attention to details.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Developing organizational budget with managers
- Reviewing proposals for completeness, accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Consolidating the organizational budget for review
- Monitoring spending and keeping the organization within its set budget
- Preparing reports and estimating future financial needs
- Defending budget recommendations with data and evidence-based analyses
- Maintains accurate input of data into multi-tabbed Excel budget spreadsheet and keeps the integrity of the formulas and data
- Ensures projects stay within budget at all times by maintaining an accurate and up-to-date spreadsheet
- Identifies appropriate times to request invoices from vendors and preparation of monthly fundings.
- Ensures vendors submit correct invoices or obtain corrected ones when necessary
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel
- Must be able to input and maintain a large amount of data with a high level of accuracy
- Must be able to develop working relationships with vendors to facilitate the pre-opening needs and demands
- Required to attend all training sessions and meetings

- Strong Microsoft Office software skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply experience and professional knowledge to carry out assignments in professional area. Ability to apply knowledge across organization or discipline lines.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Good technical writing, people skills and customer service skills.
- Strong research and troubleshooting skills
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Able to work with large data in excel and suggest process enhancement ideas.
• Knowledge of advanced formulas & pivot tables in excel is must.
• Good working knowledge of tools such as Collibra, Ab-Initio, Informatica Metadata Manager
• SharePoint, MS Word, MS Visio, Power BI & PowerPoint
Specific Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree - in management, finance, related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in similar domain.
