Job Title: Regional Outsourcing Coordinator (TPRM) - ITO Production Quality Officer

About Business line/Function: ISPL IT Production CTO Office team is responsible for safeguarding IT Business operations by driving internal riskmanagement framework and its associated controls and reporting for IT Production teams and compliance with regulatory and corporate standards is consistently met. This also includes the processes to enhance Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Organization for ITO Production by having New regional ITO Production coordinator focusing current generic Local outsourcing coordinator (LOC)/Third Party Risk Management Office (TPMO) model into a productionaware, regulatorcompliant, and governancedriven process.

 

Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to have Regional Outsourcing Coordinator (ROC) who will be responsible for Enhancing Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Organization for ITO Production and the role of the ROC is mainly to coordinate activities which turn the current generic Local outsourcing coordinator (LOC)/Third Party Risk Management Office (TPMO) model into a productionaware, regulatorycompliant, and governancedriven process. Introducing quarterly Regional TPRM committees, clear validation pathways and dedicated pointsofcontact to align governance, enhanced CTO signoff workflow and raise ITO Production’s visibility across regional and global scopes. A few refinements (especially around reporting lines, decision rights, inventory ownership and a delegated deputy) are essential to maximize impact and avoid bottlenecks.

 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Integration - Partner with the Global Outsourcing Coordinator (GOC) to build a single, endtoend TPRM framework that meets all control and regulatory demands for ITO Production.
  • Governance Leadership - Chair the quarterly regional TPRM Committee, capture minutes, decisions, and actionable items, and ensure followthrough.
  • Regulatory & Control Ownership - Keep ITO Production DORAcompliance checklist uptodate, maintain an accurate provider register, and certify that every required control is in place.
  • CTO Validation Management - Secure documented local CTO signoff for every IT production arrangement  related outsourcing agreement (annual contract list, critical contracts, invoice verification).
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Own the RACI matrix, align LOC/TPMO activities with production needs, and act as the escalation point for both BAU and projectlevel issues.
  • Global Synchronization - Deliver a concise “LocaltoGlobal” briefing each quarter to the GOC, ensuring regional data flow into the global TPRM consolidation.
  • Provider Inventory Custodian - Maintain a complete, accurate regional provider inventory, inclusive of all required metadata and contract details.
  • Performance & Reporting - Drive the TPRM KPI dashboard (validation turnaround, DORA coverage, committee effectiveness) and present monthly performance metrics to the local CTO.
  • Provide a SPOC for sourcing/outsourcing matters in the location

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all TPRM requirements, controls and regulatory obligations (DORA & local) are correctly implemented for ITO Prod.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, TPRM & Outsourcing coordinator.
  • Maintain the “LocaltoGlobal” Reporting Pack – Summarize regional highlights, blockers, and improvement actions for the Global Outsourcing Coordinator.
  • Refresh the Regional KPI Dashboard - Keep performance reporting relevant and focused on business priorities.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Keen analytical mind and forwardlooking approach in mastering and applying the latest TPRM best practices & Endtoend TPRM lifecycle, riskassessment methodologies.
  • Minimum4-5years of handson experience in ThirdParty Risk Management and Governance, with a deep, practical understanding of the endtoend TPRM lifecycle and associated control frameworks.
  • Proven ability to work seamlessly with TPRM, Procurement, Outsourcing Coordinators and other stakeholder groups, aligning objectives and driving collective outcomes. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), BaselIII/IV expectations, GDPR/CCPA dataprivacy, internal control frameworks (COBIT, ISO27001).
  • Data‑modeling, data‑quality validation, building KPI dashboards, basic statistical analysis.
