Job Title: Employee Experience Specialist

About Business line/Function: 

Position Purpose: 

Employee Experience Specialist evangelizes digital HR across hire to retire lifecycle. This role bridges HR processes with technology, focusing on data integrity, reporting, and integrations. EmpEx specialist drives process optimization, onboard and enhance platforms to support seamless operations. Perfect for professional with a passion for AI and tech driven HR solutions and user-centric design.

 

Responsibilities

 

· Create process maps and experience maps across employee and manager hire to retire lifecycle

· Collaborate with CoEs, delivery teams and key stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve for user experience gaps, aligned with business goals.

· Map business requirements to technical solutions and automate workflows (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews)

· Create and maintain a roadmap, prioritize development, define requirements and finalize design, working with engineering and other relevant stakeholders

· Partner with technology on product selection, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.

· Manage system integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., EPF, ESI).

· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, patches, and new features.

· Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements for scalability and security.

Provide training and documentation to end-users, fostering self-service adoption.

Specific Qualifications:

· • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 2-5 years of experience in HR technology or IT support within HR contexts.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Avature etc.
• Knowledge of HR processes, data privacy (GDPR/DPDP Act), and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent communication for cross-functional teams.
