Job Title: Vice President

Location: 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019

 

 

Duties: Report to and work closely with Head of DEC Americas to develop and originate new clients in line with PS&F-DEC Execution and Clearing strategy. Create and manage pipeline with new prospects which are strategically validated. Be administratively proficient including regularly updating the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Develop technical knowledge and understanding of future Algo suite, and Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) offering to effectively market new clients. Coordinate the front to back process for new clients being onboarded to the Futures execution platform, including working closely with Legal, Product, IT and Client Service teams. Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for business development or future product enhancements. Work closely with 3rd party vendors, understanding their platform enhancements in order to better service client base. Coordinate with Global Sales team to ensure cohesive approach to T10/C100 clients. Collaborate with other sales teams across Prime Solutions and Finance business line to cross-sell the Futures electronic offering. Collaborate with voice futures team on giving electronic access to their clients. Participate in DEC ExCo as the key spokesperson and stakeholder for the DEC electronic execution business in the Americas. Navigate complex organizational structures, build internal network across different GBL’s and functions, leverage available resources. 10% of Domestic and International travel required within U.S. and Canada.

 

SALARY:   $235,000 - $250,000 / year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

 

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or related field and seven (7) years of experience in a job offered or related role.   Must have seven (7) years of experience with the following: Global Markets Sales or Trading; delivering revenue growth within electronic trading business partnering with key institutional clients; product, futures & options electronic trading algorithms, market micro-structure, electronic trading workflows, and client derivatives execution strategies; electronic execution origination, including originating sales pipeline leveraging a deep client and industry network, managing onboarding and electronic trading implementation; and product & market knowledge in Listed Derivatives Execution services and clearing.
