Financial Institutions Coverage Intern– FIC
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, arranging travel, processing reimbursements, and other day‑to‑day tasks.
- Assist analysts and bankers in preparing institutional presentations and client briefing memoranda.
- Support analysts throughout the KYC (Know‑Your‑Client) process by completing internal documentation and tracking its progress.
- Monitor and summarize financial‑sector news and trends for internal reports and briefing notes.
- Liaise with various internal departments (client services, due‑diligence, business lines, compliance, risk, IT, etc.) to facilitate and streamline internal workflows.
Position Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong organisational abilities and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
