Financial Institutions Coverage Intern– FIC

Main Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, arranging travel, processing reimbursements, and other day‑to‑day tasks.
• Assist analysts and bankers in preparing institutional presentations and client briefing memoranda.
• Support analysts throughout the KYC (Know‑Your‑Client) process by completing internal documentation and tracking its progress.
• Monitor and summarize financial‑sector news and trends for internal reports and briefing notes.
• Liaise with various internal departments (client services, due‑diligence, business lines, compliance, risk, IT, etc.) to facilitate and streamline internal workflows.

Position Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong organisational abilities and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
