Position Purpose

Business line: CIB / Macro & EQD / Commodity & Equities

1. Main missions

• Contribute to the non-flow Equity Distribution Structuring team 
• Design innovative payoffs with a focus on Equity and Commodity Asset class
• Pricing in a timely and appropriate manner requests initiated by Sales and Traders 
• Collaborate with the sales and traders to understand client needs; propose and pitch investment solutions 

Responsibilities

• Objective is to ensure progression of this business through different factors: offering design, pricing competitiveness, adequate risk management, processing optimization.
• Help the design of the equity and commodity offering with an active participation especially for Private Bank clients
  • following the macro environment notably through discussion with research / strategists
  • keep up to date with the latest developments in Europe or at competition
  • innovate and find new ideas virtuous or at least not toxic for our books.
  • represent them well to traders, sales
  • participate to road shows with clients and develop image of trust and expertise with them
  • gather feedbacks and adapt from them.
• Automate very quickly new payoffs
• Apply pricing methods and tools to price aggressively but profitably in the requested timeframe
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and liaising with internal pricing validation as well as Market Risk
• Master the full range of underlying
• Stay up‐to‐date with Quant Research advances and follow-up on Research implementations
