Junior Client Account Manager

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English (min. B2 level) 

Responsibilities: 

• Provides support to customers by managing their accounts and queries to ensure expected service level is provided
• Participates in meetings with clients and third parties to ensure they are satisfied with the servcie
• Creates, monitors and updates team's procedures and checklists to ensure there is no discrepancy and gaps in the process
• Presents constructive, supportive and learning culture attitude in relation to errors and incidents to ensure no errors visible for the clients
• Takes ownership in regards to process enhancement to ensure proper delivery of department's target.
