As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally.

Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Procurement Senior Specialist


Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in Procurement/Finance/Administration preferably acquired in financial industry
  • Fluency in English and Polish (min. B2 level) 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and impact effectively
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • High level of flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new situation


Responsibilities:


  • Conducts advanced sourcing projects to extract the best balance of cost and quality from suppliers’ base, while paying steadily attention to CSR, innovation and risks to deliver for the company advantageous contracts.
  • Performs third-party risk management operating model to ensure third part relationship compliant with local laws and applicable regulations (GDPR, EBA and banking outsourcing framework).
  • Maintains accurate records related to cooperation with third parties, including contracts, orders, tender documentation to ensure CIB can locate information for any future reason including legal disputes, regulatory and audit investigations.
  • Initiates improvements with focus on implementation of group procedures and the preparation of local procedures to eliminate for the company deficiencies in formal procurement framework.
  • Builds cooperation between sourcing BNPP teams in Poland and conducts group sourcing projects for Polish BNP units to deliver global cost-effectiveness for the company.
