Position Purpose |
The role of the Graduate Business Analyst is to work within a matrix structure delivering into projects across all platforms for both internally driven and client projects. The role of the Business Analyst is to support the delivery of:
The Graduate Business Analyst will be responsible for obtaining an understanding of client needs and integrating these with the requirements of the operational business to support the development of strategic and approved solutions. They will provide support throughout the delivery life cycle to ensure the solution is implemented successfully, through risk and issue management, scope management, support for operational testing and following execution. Commitment, engagement and collaboration with a good understanding of project management principles are required to deliver a professional service, in a quality manner by building and maintaining a continuous service program that supports the business and enhances its responsiveness whilst protecting our existing business requirements through effective scope management. |
