About the job

  • Handling all the Compensation and Benefits activities within the organization in accordance to Local and Group regulations and guidelines ensuring fair and market aligned practices

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure that the organization's compensation practices are in compliance with current laws, regulations and Group procedures by keeping up to date with any new releases
  • Manage off-cycle salary increase requests by performing in-depth analysis of current employee situation, peers and external benchmarks
  • Ensure HR Systems are up to date and ensure their Data quality, critical for Compensation management and Compensation related processes
  • Contribute to the HR Operational Permanent Control framework by conducting periodic audits and controls on HR Systems and processes and by replying to Group or IG requests
  • Contribute to the successful deployment of the annual Compensation Review Process by performing daily tasks such as system data cleaning, reporting, analysis and overall replying to Group requests
  • Contribute and participate to ongoing and to be started projects led by the team by providing expertise in the required matter or by developing the required the work to reach the project's objectives and additionally also contribute to the team development by identifying improvement opportunities

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Management or Human Resources
  • At least three years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Professional experience in Human Resources and/or Financial Analysis and Advisory
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
  • Proficiency in MS tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Critical thinking
  • Analytical Ability
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process
