2026 APAC Graduate Programme – Global Markets, Macro Sales – Thailand
Our two-year graduate programme is designed to provide you with first class training and immediate responsibility, it gives you the support and development you need to start a successful career in financial services.
For: Final year students or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any disciplines from a recognized university
Duration: 24 months
Start date: July 2026
Location: Thailand

Who can apply?
To be considered for the placement, you will:
- Possess GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent) in any discipline;
- Have to be fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage); and
- Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven thinking, with commercial awareness and a keen interest in latest finance topics as well as market trends.

Induction
You will be provided with a comprehensive induction, where you will be immersed in group training and discover more about the BNP Paribas Group.
Training
From day one, you will start your business specific technical and financial training, alongside personal skills development aimed at equipping you with the knowledge you need to get you the best possible start in your career. Working alongside our teams of industry leading specialists, you will gain on-the-job training throughout your two-year programme taking you along a development path to build your expertise and broaden your base of skills. You will also have the chance to experience other parts of the business through cross-entity projects, which will help you understand how we approach complex work and give you the chance to develop a strong internal network.
Mentor & Buddy
Throughout the programme, you will be mentored by experienced managers and team members, as well as pairing with a buddy from our early career cohorts who will make sure you are getting everything you need to grow.
What you will do?
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory framework and established bank approved risk limits
- Promote the firm’s brand, products and service to new and existing clients
- Follow standards of excellence necessary to meet the team’s objectives
- Ensure to comply with all Key Front Office Responsibilities (KFOR)
- Direct contribution to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework
- Responsible for reporting incidents according to the Incident Management System
- Coordinate with relationship managers, marketers and traders in developing corporate and institutional client franchise
- Consulting with clients:
- Ascertain client investment, hedging ﴾and funding﴿ needs
- Carry out client’s instructions to execute transactions with BNPP trading professionals and book client side in trade capture system
- Work with operational support functions to facilitate/monitor the settlement process
- Provide analysis and modeling expertise, and support new product development
- Provide clients with market data, price and other factual information; also agreed comment/analysis generated by the firm e.g. market, sector or company research
- Support ALM treasury team during their absence, ensuring the treasury books are properly managed
- Support Institutional client sales team, ensuring smooth & efficient processes
- Support Corporate client sales team, ensuring smooth & efficient processes
INDEX CONTRIBUTION:
- Submitters and Reviewers as well as their respective back-ups of the contributions are expected to comply strictly with the Group policy regarding their professional standards, as well as their duty to support the market integrity (Group Code of Conduct principals). They are to comply with all local requirements prescribed by the Authority on such contributions.
- Any attempts to manipulate submissions are subject to the disciplinary procedures, sanctions according the Group policies
CONTRIBUTION:
- Contribute to the formulation of Corporate and Institutional clients development plan and to its effective implementation in order to meet clients requirements and achieve pre‐established objectives
- Contribute to entertaining client relationship at the appropriate level of seniority. Effectively represent BNPP and actively promote our strengths in all relevant client facing activities.
- Contribute to effectively liaising within GM, RM and other métiers to exploit cross selling and synergies potentials as well as constructive communication and team working
- Contribution to Corporate and Institutional Sale's CC budget
- Awareness of ISO27001:2013 information security. An Information Security Management System (ISMS) is an International Standard that specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving this ISMS. It is the responsibility of all staff of BNP Paribas Bangkok Branch to contribute to this common objective.
