Position Purpose

The purpose of the position is to help ISPL Global Services for cybersecurity testing, Security Test Manager will play vital role in maintaining and expanding the service in ISPL for BNP Paribas Group entities.

 

Responsibilities

 

Direct Responsibilities

 

  • To be part of technical/managerial panel in terms of perms/contractors hiring as and when required.
  • Responsible of Quality-of-Service delivery
  • Responsible for Management of service delivery SLA/KPIs
  • Management of trainings needs of team and team building activities 
  • Ensure a Good level of communication.
  • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages for automation
  • To ensure Security Test strategy document, SOP’s are in place and process is being adhered

 

Contributing Responsibilities

  • To understand the application’s security requirements and identify & document the scope of the test
  • Be part of 4 eye check review process
  • Escalate issues to the local management and onshore stakeholders in case it affects the testing progress
  • Chairing Stand up call on daily basis with Mumbai testers to ensure deliverable are on track and wherever attention is required.
  • Ensure processes for the project is followed for the assessments
  • Help review peer's work and mentor junior members in the team

 

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Clear understanding of OWASP Top 10 - application security risks
  • Hands on experience of security testing and usage of Tools/OS: Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Kali Linux
  • Manual Security Testing & Analysis.
  • Experience in management of large teams 
  • Excellent Interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong Risk and Time Management
  • Good understanding of Security Domain and concepts
  • Strong in verbal and written communication

  • CSSLP/CEH / ECSA or equivalent certification preferred
