Position Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in C# development, Fenergo configuration, Oracle/SQL, and scripting to join our growing team. This role will focus on the design, development, and customization of client lifecycle management solutions using the Fenergo platform, while also contributing to broader enterprise development projects.

Direct Responsibilities

·         Configure and customize Fenergo CLM platform to meet business and regulatory requirements.

·         Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Fenergo ecosystem.

·         Design and develop scalable software solutions using C#/.NET and related technologies.

·         Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Fenergo ecosystem.

·         Proactively Identifying tools, best practices to include in project

·         Design, write, and optimize Oracle/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.

·         Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for deployment, integration, and operational tasks.

·         Participate in software architecture design and technical reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fenergo solutions with other enterprise systems.

·         Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.

·         Ability to solve problems in a collaborative way and share knowledge with teammates

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Strong in OOPS ,  C#/Java, .Net Framework , .Net Core 
• Expertise on Fenergo Configuration, BRE, Rules, UI, Workflows
• Hands on and strong knowledge of JSON, XML
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
• Good knowledge around continuous delivery, TFS, Sonar, and environment configuration
• Good knowledge around pub/sub IBM MQ, Tomcat, Elastic Search, Drools, IIS
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Strong in SQL activities like development , optimization , refactoring etc.
• Strong in Angular, React or any other JavaScript framework
• Strong understanding of DevOps , DevSecOps , Automation
• Strong understanding of disconnected architecture like IBM MQ ,  Active MQ , MSMQ etc.
• Strong in any ORM framework like Entity Framework , NHibernate , Dapper etc.
• Strong in API , Microservices , windows service , architecture 
• Agile Software development Practices
• Test Driven Development, BDD or DDD 

Nice to have Skills: 

• Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Go)
• Experience on Business Process Management tools (e.g. Camunda).

CIB Client Management IT has a focus on developing and maintaining applications which provides services to Client Lifecycle management, Due Diligence /KYC and Referential Operations teams and business users.

Technologies used include Java, .NET, Angular, Fenergo, MDM/Informatica deployed on private cloud infrastructure.

Agile and DevSecOps practices are widely used.

Application landscape includes projects that are a mix of established, under transition and completely new platforms.
