Job Title: Software Integrator
Department: ISPL ITG Payment services
About Business line/Function:
IT Payment Services department, the worldwide reference for payments in the BNP Paribas Group. We are working on the many applications used worldwide using various technologies and working in Agile methodology.
Position Purpose:
The Application Integrator will own the full lifecycle of third‑party software delivery— from artifact ingestion in JFrog Artifactory, through Helm‑based packaging, automated CI/CD pipelines, and Git‑Ops deployment with Argo CD, to post‑release monitoring and remediation. The integrator will be accountable for ensuring the deployment process is fully configured end to end and production‑replicable into our Kubernetes‑based environment. The role guarantees a repeatable, secure, and observable end‑to‑end deployment pipeline while providing rapid post‑deployment support to keep applications stable
We will be working closely with our onshore team based in Paris as an extended team. The candidate will need to have strong communication, ability to translate vendor documentation into internal standards, and proactive ownership of the delivery lifecycle
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Work in an agile environment by participating in tribe’s agile rituals in the "agile at scale" organization.
- Work closely with the IT Ops and infrastructure teams to co-ordinate implementation activities
- Take control and anchor the deliverables linked to deployment.
- Interact and contribute with our developer’s communities of the IT Payments Services Department and more broadly of the IT sector within BNPP Paribas worldwide
· Ensure the seamless integration of the software package within Cash Pooling applications, including inbound and outbound interfaces.
· Implement monitoring and alerting capabilities through dashboards and log tracking.
· Configure the software package for integration into the BNPP infrastructure, including log format, mTLS setup, flow openings, certificate renewal, …
· Support functional testing activities in coordination with BA, PO, and Test Engineer teams.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- 5-7 years of professional working experience in Devops practice and Linux operations.
- Package applications into Docker containers.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement security best practices in CI/CD pipelines, including image scanning, vulnerability management, and access controls.
- Debug Kubernetes (e.g., pod crashes, failed deployments).
- Facilitation of asset migration to the Cloud
- Experience with CFT/SFTP integration for secure file transfers in CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with cloud.
- Basic Java/Java Framework knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills.
Specific Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree - in IT, Computer related field or equivalent experience.
