Job Title: Project Manager 

 Department: Business Solutions Unit

 

About Business line/Function: Business Solutions Unit combines the best of traditional Lean methodologies and Digital solutions to streamline, enhance, transform business processes and to bring value to Stakeholders and or Client by way of improved efficiencies and risk management. BSU is a global team with presence in ~7 locations across the globe.

 

Position Purpose:  Project Manager who can handle workflow solution onboarding and checklist Digitilization projects involving global and senior stakeholders

 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

    • Performs project analysis taking into account the requirements received from the Operational teams. 
    • Clearly establish rules and responsibilities of SME, IT and BSU Project Manager.
    •  Ensures that SME is aware of the project goal(s). 
    •  Communicates on a regular basis with Key Stakeholders and inform them of any changes in a proactive manner
    • Be able to anticipate possible project constraints and leverage from critical thinking to work on solutions. 
    • Plans all Delivery project milestones such as: tests, demos and training on Combo/Checklist manager. 
    • Facilitates weekly touchpoint meeting meetings with SME and BSU Project Manager. 
    • Provides support in preparation of test plan. 
    • Ensures efficient transition of the project to Combo /Checklist manager Support team. 
    • Ensures that all Delivery project’s deliverables are accurate and saved within the respective folder. 
    • Supports Data and Digital Transformation Community in what concerns AI/Digital 
    • Methodology. 
    • Ensures compliance and delivery of the project in accordance to global BNP guidelines and be able to obtain required accesses and approvals.
