Position Purpose

ITRM teams represent the the 1loD (1^st line of defence) that oversees the management of Cybersecurity, IT Risks and IT continuity on all BNP Paribas LS entities.

The Identity and Access management (IAM) topics are covered by a dedicated team of ITRM under the CISO Office management, the IAM team.

This team is composed of 5 staff members that manages the functional and operational activities related to IAM, i.e. IAM Run, definition of SoD and Business profiles, IAM documentation …

The IAM expert will integrate the IAM local BPLS cell to reinforce the Run activities. No technical expertise is required on the tool (IAM and ticketing) as the entity BPLS benefits from the ITG solutions; however the IAM expert should be able to perform the actions listed in the boxes below.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·         Enrolment of new applications on the IAM tool: support to define the role model and implementation on the tool

·         Update and maintenance of the access rights of application already onboarded on the IAM tool

·         Support the IAM local cell: 

o   processing of incidents and IT teams requests

o   assist during the local and global campaigns of reconciliation 

o   assist during the local and global campaigns of recertification

o   produce IAM reports related to the Run activities

·         Update and production of IAM documentation

·         Awareness and communication related to IAM topics

·         Produce IAM KPIs related to the Run activities for IT Risk and Cybersecurity committees

Contributing Responsibilities

·         Contribute to the enhancement of methodologies on the Run activities

·         Report the technical issue, limitations and/or blocking point to the team leader, CISO Office

·         Contribute to the preparation of IT Risk and Cybersecurity committees

·         Contribute to the processing of BNP Paribas or BPLS management requests to comply with the IAM framework
