Job Title: Head of Client Com at ISPL
Department: ISPL 2S IT, Cross Business Solutions
About Business line/Function: Cross Business Solutions, delivering the best-in-class, innovative, sustainable, secure and cost-efficient transversal solutions and referential systems within Securities Services, CIB and the Group.
Position Purpose: Seeking for a Head of Client Com at ISPL, which includes 2 applications: NEOLINK and FLEX .
The Head of Client Com at ISPL is accountable for the technical delivery and architecture of both NEOLINK and FLEX applications. This includes day‑to‑day operational support, performance monitoring, incident resolution, release coordination, continuous improvement, and compliance with security and governance standards.
Additionally, this role requires managing the local teams of NEOLINK and FLEX (JUDO) and the release management of FLEX.
The candidate should demonstrate success overseeing the day‑to‑day management of enterprise applications while leading and developing a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
NEOLINK & FLEX
Lead the design and technical architecture of the FLEX Application and act as the local Technical referent for the NEOLINK Application to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Accountable for the change & release processes for the FLEX application – plan, schedule, test, and deploy patches, upgrades, and new releases.
Maintain application health and performance‑tuning activities.
Lead a team of support engineers and Business Analysts– assign work, mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster skill development.
Ensure security compliance – apply security patches, assist in vulnerability remediation, and support incident‑response activities for the FLEX application.
Communicate with onshore stakeholders – provide status updates about the local deliveries and overall performance of the local teams.
Contributing Responsibilities.
Drive Cost‑Optimization
Represent the Team in Governance Forums – Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB), security review panels, and compliance audits, bringing the application’s operational perspective to strategic decisions.
Promote a Culture of Quality & Security – Enforce secure coding and deployment standards, coordinate vulnerability scans, and advocate for early security testing in the development lifecycle.
Foster Cross‑Team Collaboration – Act as the liaison between development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business units to ensure seamless hand‑offs and shared ownership of the application lifecycle.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Proven ability to manage daily enterprise‑application operations and lead a development team.
Able to clearly articulate risks, impact and remediation status to senior stakeholders
Very strong interpersonal skills – able to engage cross‑functional teams (on-shore/near-shore)
Deep knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release management).
Familiar with cloud platforms and understand security/ compliance requirements.

Helping team members deliver their work, encouraging strict adherence to best practices, and raising service‑level standards are essential steps to boost the overall performance of our local teams.

Technical Skills:
- Sound technical understanding of Java, Angular, Oracle
- Exposure to DMZR
