In Frankfurt, we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time permanent position as 

 

KYC Senior Analyst (all genders) for Wealth Management Germany

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

 

  • Close monitoring of KYC reviews over existing clients in strict abidance with the KYC procedure
  • Ensuring all necessary controls and reconciliations are performed, implemented and reported
  • Cooperation with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring important KYC related information is shared with the different stakeholders (Management, Teams heads, Compliance, Legal)
  • Participation in the improvement and optimization processes in relation to the execution of KYC files
  • Permanent vigilance and watch on all KYC compliance subjects (incl. legal, regulatory and internal obligations, e.g. embargos, international financial sanctions, etc.) with immediate escalation to compliance and senior management when needed 
  • Contribution role in all change management projects related to areas of responsibilities

 

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

 

  • Bank apprenticeship or university degree in business administration 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the Banking/Financial sector experience, preferably within the Compliance department or in client management/KYC 
  • Knowledge of main types of business relationships and key internal standards at identification, onboarding, assessment, decision and recertification phases
  • Ability to maintain performance and sound judgement under pressure
  • Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and resilience
  • English and German preferred
