What Makes You A Perfect Fit?
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings attended by the CEO
- Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and industry analyses within the insurance and financial services sectors
- Support the development, refinement, and execution tracking of the company’s growth strategies
- Lead end-to-end strategy projects, including scoping, stakeholder management, execution, and performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with global teams to coordinate and drive international strategic initiatives
- Contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term strategic planning aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and strengthen decision-support mechanisms

At BNP Paribas Cardif You Will
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or related sectors
- Prior experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting is strongly preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure ambiguity and manage complex topics effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
