We are currently looking for a:
Private Capital – Client Service Manager Intern (M/F)
CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
The candidate will be joining the Private Capital – CSM team and the primary objective is to contribute to optimize the operational efficiency of the CSM team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and enhancing internal collaboration tools. The candidate will serve as the team's operational right hand to maximize the CSMs' time spent on client-facing activities.
WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
Within a dedicated team of the Private Capital department, you will be in charge of:
· Operational Management & Workflow:
o Administration, dispatching, and automation of generic mailboxes.
o Cash Management support: specifically assisting with control monitoring.
· Team Organization & Coordination:
o Designing and updating presentation materials (for management or other meetings).
o Minute-taking and drafting reports for team meetings and other sessions.
o Event coordination and maintenance of tracking files.
· Digitalization & Processes:
o Deployment and structuring of a SharePoint/common area (shared calendars, Service Review reminders, Due Diligence information, etc.).
o Improving internal documents to make them more "user-friendly".
o Exploring AI as a support for the team’s activities.

Professional experience and/or degree
Education:
Being in a master’s degree and looking for an internship

*Microsoft Office Suite:
o PowerPoint: Ability to create professional, high-impact slides for management and clients.
o Excel: Proficiency in tracking KPIs, using formulas, and maintaining data sheets.
o SharePoint: Ability to structure a common workspace, manage shared calendars, and organize documentation.
· Digital Tooling: Experience with (or ability to quickly learn) workflow and AI tools.
· Email Management: Strong ability to handle high-volume mailboxes and implement automation/organization rules.
Techncical skills
. Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to proactively reach out to different teams/people to collect information and consolidate data.
· Information Synthesis: Ability to take complex discussions and transform them into concise meeting minutes or user-friendly procedures.

Language skills
Fluent in English and French – Any other language is considered as an advantage.
