About the job
- People Analytics is the analytics expertise center of Group HR. Its mission is to provide HR teams and senior leadership with strategic insights, robust indicators, data products, and analytical capabilities that support decision-making, strengthen employee experience, and enhance the Group’s HR transformation. As an Experienced Analytics Strategic Project Manager, you contribute directly to the definition, coordination, and steering of the HR Analytics strategy. You work in an agile, international, and multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Data Experts, and HR stakeholders across the Group. You play a structuring role in aligning People Analytics initiatives with strategic HR priorities, ensuring governance, consistency, and economic steering of the portfolio of analytics activities.
Your Main Activities Are
- Lead transversal projects
- Contribute to the definition and continuous evolution of the HR Analytics strategy
- Ensure regular monitoring of priorities, roadmaps, and operational progress
- Guarantee alignment between analytics initiatives and HR business objectives
- Oversee budget monitoring and economic steering for initiatives and the team
- Prepare and structure strategic committees
- Identify areas for improvement and escalate risks appropriately
- Work collaboratively with the two other Strategic Project Managers based in France
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and experts
- Work collaboratively with experts of the People Analytics discipline and with other project teams on shared initiatives
- Communicate Data and Analytics strategy to internal stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the animation of the Analytics community
Profile and Skills to Success
- 7–10 years of experience in project management, ideally in the HR domain or on global transformation topics
- Strong affinity with IT and understanding of technical concepts to articulate them clearly to varied audiences
- Experience working with leadership stakeholders, including Top Management
- Strong interest in analytics and experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- English fluent
- Understanding of data governance & data quality principles
