About the job


  • As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of automation solutions using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for the AI/ML Control Automation program within CIB Securities Services. You will support the management of technical solutions and manage the coordination of initiatives aimed at strengthening controls, improving efficiency and anticipating risks in order to optimize the quality of our services

 

Your Main Activities Are


  • As an AI/ML Control Automation Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinate and lead the design of the project and business case

- Coordinate and lead the design of the solution, including the IT/Business validation phase, requirements specification, test follow-up and start-up support

- Set up and monitor governance related to digital projects (IT, Business, data scientist)

- Lead the analysis of the impact of the AI solution on future processes

- Define and manage the implementation of the solution at scale

  • Activities will be based on 5 pillars:

1. Project management and management of the transversal program 

2. Automation with AI/ML

3. Development of technical solutions

4. Workshops and collaboration

5. Monitoring and evaluation

 

Profile and Skills to Success


  • Master’s degree in Business Management or Information Technology and Computer Science
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management and AI-based tool implementation program management
  • Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
  • Knowledge of IT implementation cycles and phases
  • Cross-functional knowledge of Securities Services activities to identify issues, propose relevant approaches and detect replicable best practices
  • Interest in the field of new technologies
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Sense of curiosity

  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
