AVP – Project office ISPL WM 

Department: Wealth Management - OPS 

About Business line/Function: Wealth Management OPS 

Position Purpose: 

The role is responsible for supporting the ISPL WM Ops on Business Management activities for the ISPL Wealth Management organization.  Direct reporting line to ISPL Wealth Management ( WM ) Head of Operations.

1)      The role requires:

Key Responsibilities

·  Nearshoring coordination – Work closely with on‑shore and off‑shore stakeholders to drive Nearshoring initiatives.

·  Governance & compliance – Design and implement the Nearshoring governance framework, obtain necessary approvals, define SLAs, and monitor project milestones.

·  Resource onboarding – Partner with cross‑functional teams to guarantee smooth integration of new resources.

·  Strategic support – Assist the ISPL Wealth Management Head of Operations on transversal and strategic projects.

·  Internal communications & people programs – Produce and manage content for ISPL WM Ops town‑halls, COO APAC Days, newsletters, diversity & inclusion campaigns, talent initiatives, etc.

·  Management reporting – Prepare and consolidate presentations for senior‑management meetings and strategic reviews.

·  Budget & forecasting – Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle in close collaboration with regional Ops teams and Performance Management.

Project coordination – Provide ad‑hoc coordination and support for specific projects as required.

Competencies

  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar Transition/ PMO/ Business Management role
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong project management and business analysis experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
