Job Title: Functional/Manual Tester – IT Monetique
Department: ISPL ITG Payment services
About Business line/Function:
IT Payment Services department, the worldwide reference for payments in the BNP Paribas Group. We are working on the many applications used worldwide using various technologies and working in Agile methodology.
Position Purpose:
· This position is for Functional tester for IT systems on Monetique for the BNPP Group.
· This position will be responsible for developing and successfully executing QA test strategies and test plans, and related testing services for IT Monetique.
· Testing and identifying bugs or other coding related issues (associated with the code developed by Dev team)
· We are looking for top-notch, energetic talent to keep up with the industry’s momentum and support the QA efforts.
Responsibilities:
Direct Responsibilities
- Understanding testing principles and practices.
- Ability to plan, design, and execute manual/functional test cases.
- Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams
- Functional Specification Analysis Experience
- Closely work with Dev teams/BA to resolve technical & business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives.
- Must have good analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams
- Must be flexible, independent.
- Perform other testing-related duties as required

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Experience of 3-6 years in Testing required (Automation will be added advantage).
- Good knowledge and experience of writing complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Card Payments / Monetique will be an added advantage.
- BDD/TDD approach knowledge (required)
- Experienced user of ALM/QC, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
- Proficient in analytical skills (required)
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills (required)
- Experience in working in Agile environment
Specific Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree - in IT, Computer related field or equivalent experience.
Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)
Other Skills:
