Job Title: PMO – Associate (5 to 7 years of experience)
Department: Banking IT ISPL - PAYMENTS & CASH MANAGEMENT
About Business line/Function: PAYMENTS & CASH MANAGEMENT IT
Position Purpose: This is Business Management position for Central Payments and Cash Management IT cluster within Banking IT in ISPL. Payments and Cash Management (PCM) IT cluster within Banking IT is quite big covering around 200 HC. PCM IT in ISPL works for many regions which requires lot of reporting covering Financial, Man-days, Budgets, Assets etc.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Actively lead the sourcing strategy for contractors in PCM Central team
- Ensure smooth and timely transition of contractor positions to PCM Growth Partners
- Consolidate headcount and cost related data from across different regions like AMER, APAC, ISPL, MEA etc.
- Liaise with the PMOs/SPOCs from different regions to ensure completeness of budget & resource sheet/file for their respective regions.
- Clarity management for resources, timesheets, budgets
- Close follow-up of the resources time-tracking
- Invoices follow-up and maintaining the related management file
- Production of the monthly accruals and receivables
- Monthly estimates calculation and preparation.
- Monthly gap analysis performance (vs previous month and vs budget/forecast YTD)
- Maintaining master files / Historical Budget related information
- Budgets preparation, monitoring and controls
- Managing various stakeholders for any budget related information /reporting
- Preparing regular reports link to Budgets covering financial, Head-count, man-days, assets etc
- Preparing various Dashboards link to Budgets/Finance
- Regular meetings with Stakeholders (CIO, Domain Heads, PMO) giving them updates on budgets within defined frequency
- Keeping track of various assets of the department

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Technical :
- Very Good knowledge of MS Excel / Word
- Exposure to Budgets & variance analysis
- Exposure to management reporting
- Clarity knowledge
- Exposure to sourcing related processes would be an added advantage

Specific Qualifications:
- Any Graduation
- Working knowledge on sourcing processes is a plus
- Domain knowledge and experience in financial industry systems is a plus.
