About Business line/Function: |
The Global IAM Centre of Expertise team performs IAM security operations globally in partnership with regional CISOs and local IAM teams. The activities mainly include design and review of onboarding form for resource onboarding into IAM tool, performing security controls before creating a business role, validating SOD breaches, support audits related to IAM topics, and oversee access recertifications & reconciliation campaigns. The team executes other IAM security tasks based on the BNPP defined controls, policies and regulatory/audit guidelines with the aim to strengthen the IAM control activities and contribute towards several strategic projects that deliver benefits to businesses & functions throughout the organization. |

Position Purpose | |||||
Execute the day‑to‑day activities that requires detection and mitigation of FRC violations, following up with provisioning teams and escalating further for timely completion of deletion requests, monitoring recertification campaigns and chasing certifiers for achieving maximum completion rate and support senior management/VIPs in the region on IAM topics. | |||||
