Since 2015, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has a competences center in Lisbon, the Portugal International Markets Hub (“PIMH”). This center manages certain activities for the International Markets (“IM”) sites of BNPPWM namely Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and Monaco. 

BNPP Wealth Management operations teams are currently growing in Portugal, and this is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing PIMH family as a SECURITIES TRANSACTIONS - EQUITIES&FUNDS Team Leader.

Your main activities are:

Ensuring controls under TL responsibility are duly performed:

• Supervising activity controls and recording evidence
• Managing escalations and being the primary contact for management needs
• Following daily internal clients' requests and handling urgent topics
• Being the key contact for system developments impacting the activity
• Assisting and substituting the Team Manager for periodic management reports
• Overseeing team and personal mailbox follow-up
• Providing feedback on team life, expertise, and performance during meetings
• Reporting KPI, KSP, and service review data to the team and management
•  Participating in budget preparation

People Management:

• Guiding and motivating the team to reach defined goals
• Conducting regular 1/1 meetings and providing feedback
• Managing staff recruitment and defining annual objectives
• Holding evaluations and reviewing training plans
• Managing daily schedules, holidays, and backup systems
• Promoting development of soft skills and reporting to management

Team Life:

• Supporting team members and promoting a positive work environment
