About the job

  • Project Management Team Leader's mission is to coordinate, guide and supervise various projects, support team members and project managers to ensure the successful projects’ implementation and to promote the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques

Your Main Activities Are

  • Monitor team’s activities and key performance indicators to ensure the quality of project delivery aligned with clients’ expectations and internal policies
  • Identify team members' training and development opportunities, provide coaching to the members of the team, and contribute directly to their performance
  • Propose staff allocation to projects based on resources skills and availability, and support initial onboarding with internal clients or departments
  • Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to project management, encourage learning between project teams and inspire strong business acumen
  • Develop and enhance the current processes & Project Management practices, proposing improvements to better serve internal clients
  • Guide and support the team to deliver innovative and impactful projects with a strong focus on the specificities and business needs
  • Team management, evaluation, recruitment, training plan and employee evolution, ensuring the expertise and the team polyvalence

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s in Business Management
  • Master’s in Information Technology and Computer Science
  • Project Management and Consulting (3 - 4 years)
  • MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel: Expert
  • MS Office Pack Microsoft PowerPoint: Expert
  • Ability to share/pass on knowledge: Proficient
  • Creativity & Innovation/Problem solving: Proficient
  • Ability to manage a project: Expert
  • Ability to develop others & improve their skills: Proficient
  • Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment: Proficient
