Opis

Client Services Specialist - AVP 

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for strategic corporate clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders (RMs, Cash, ITO, Operations), securing alignment and execution.
  • Handle client requests, inquiries and operational issues via email, calls and internal systems.
  • Register, monitor and follow up tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Support the monitoring of client portfolios, identifying risks and pending items, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports, product presentations and support materials.
  • Conduct client onboarding, workshops and training sessions for Cash Management and FX products.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements to enhance processes, client experience and area growth.
  • Deliver executive presentations and KPI reports for clients and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, IT, Compliance, Product, Risk) to resolve client issues and develop solutions.
  • Provide consultancy in FX and Trade Finance solutions. 
  • Participate in regional/global governance forums, aligning practices with international standards and sharing best practices.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, International Relations, or related fields. Post-graduate studies or financial certifications are a plus.
  • English: advanced, both written and verbal – for documentation, reporting and global interaction. Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cash Management products, such as Collections, Payments, Tax and Utilities.
  • Excel (advanced). 
  • Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with resilience.
  • Teamwork mindset with proven ability to interact with global and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with client onboarding and training.
  • Knowledge in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Trade Finance products: international remittances, FX contracts (spot, forward, hedge), import/export financing, letters of credit, guarantees and regulatory frameworks (BACEN/local).
  • Experience in Client Services, Implementation or Corporate Banking (financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with FEBRABAN layouts (CNAB 240/400, payment and collection files) and connectivity solutions (SWIFT, XML, host-to-host, APIs).
