The applicant will provide legal advice and assistance in relation to all legal aspects affecting Arval Poland  activities, which include drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice to operational teams (including for new products), supervising legal proceedings, reporting legal activity and legal risk and ensuring legal watch of legal and regulatory changes.

Key role responsibilities 

-      Draft, negotiate and validate contracts with clients and suppliers and intra-group contracts

-      Draft and validate contractual documentation for products and services

-      Ensure in a proactive way compliance by operational teams with applicable laws and regulations

-      Advise operational directions (marketing, commerce, digital, remarketing, insurance…)

-      Keep safe custody of the legal documentation and related corporate matters of the companies

-      Draft documentation in relation to the legal secretary of the companies (articles of associations, board meetings, powers of attorney…)

Qualifications and experience

-      Bachelor’s degree in Polish Law (University degree in legal)

-      Min 3 years of professional experience as a lawyer in law firm or as an in-house lawyer (rental/lease company),

-      Knowledge and/or experience in business environment of rental/lease of the vehicles,

-      Developed skills in business law (contract law, companies law, intellectual property laws, competition law), data protection law, consumer law and insurance law

-      English  on min. intermediate level and Polish (native language)
