Opis

We are seeking a Corporate Clients Credit Allocation Manager/Assistant Manager to manage of credit allocation process of the related portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in depth financial, company and sector analyses for Corporate segment clients 
  • Prepare “Executive Summary” reports in English based on credit proposals prepared by Corporate Branches.  
  • Attend Head Office level and Credit Committee level meetings and present the Executive Summary along with Credit Allocation opinion 
  • In accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) regarding credit proposals for corporate banking clients, all incoming proposals at every authorization level must be reviewed in line with the weekly work schedule, and feedback must be generated through the system and forwarded to the relevant authorization levels within 1–4 days. 
  • Reviewing branches’ daily credit utilization requests, correctly identifying the authorizing authority in accordance with the Risk Policies Committee’s memorandum on “Delegation of Corporate Credit Allocation Authority,” and completing the approval process
  • Involving in end-to-end credit allocation processes from initial assessment to final decision and post-approval monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Business Line, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth credit execution and portfolio management.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and propose appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  • Contribute to process improvements, digital development projects and internal reporting enhancements.
  • Participate actively in internal trainings sharing knowledge and supporting junior credit analysts.
  • Conduct regular client and facility visits 

 

Manager position will be reporting to Senior Manager.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering 
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) 
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills; ability to interpret financial statements and evaluate risks & mitigants.
  • Presentation and communication skills as the position holder is expected to present credit files to senior management, Credit Committee members and international BNPP stakeholders 
  • Ability to display both macro and micro based approaches in proactive style
  • Capability in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and teamwork mindset across departments.
  • High proficiency in MS Office programs and relevant financial analysis tools.
