Opis
We are looking for a team member who will play an active role in promoting and selling our cash management products and services while delivering value-added financial solutions to our customers
In this role, you will:
- Analyze the cash management needs of Commercial and SME customers
- Promote and sell cash management solutions, including collections, payment systems, POS, Virtual POS, payroll solutions, cheques/promissory notes, trade finance, and other cash management products and services
- Manage an existing customer portfolio while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with branches and relevant business units to create and maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Monitor sales targets and achieve assigned performance objectives
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor practices to provide customers with the most suitable solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in Commercial Banking or SME Banking
- Knowledge of Cash Management products and payment systems
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
