Position Purpose

Head of Operations & CEFS of BNP Paribas Bangkok Branch is responsible for leading the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

BaU: Manage GMO and TBO (Transaction banking ops): deliver consistent BaU quality, meeting Business and client expectations while fully adhere to internal policies and local regulations.
Change / transformation: drive the change within Operations, in close cooperation with regional / Territory stakeholders (Business, IT, Compliance, other functions)
Risk management: continuously improve and strengthen the set up in order to reduce the operational risk and enhance operational resilience.
Client centricity: develop the client centricity mindset, and operational processes to improve client satisfaction.
Budgeting and cost management: manage headcount and cost within the approved budget, continuous optimization.
People and stakeholder management: lead the team towards common objectives; develop the connect between Ops and Business and other stakeholders (incl. with ISPL)

Strong knowledge for banking operations and CEP (both Corporate and financial institutions)

Specific Qualifications Required

MBA holder

At least 10 years’ experiences in Corporate Banking Operations for an International Bank
At least 5 years’ experience in managing a same team scope,
Ability to work under high pressure and high demand from stake holders, compliance,
Ability to adapt with frequent changes,
Ability to anticipate possible risks and provide solution before it is happened,
Fluency in English
Good Computer skills (excel words PowerPoint).
