About Business line/Function:
BNL has chosen to organize itself according to the Agile@Scale model, the main departments are divided into Tribes and each contains within itself the organization of the relevant business, the definition and organization of the processes in its area, the management of the IT components in the perimeter .
Tribe Digital manages the Bank's Web and App digital channels for all markets and is responsible for the following activities:
Evolve digital channels based on business and/or technological needs and in close collaboration with the Architecture, UX-Design, ITP COEs for
Manage maintenance of in-scope applications
Define and manage the processes linked to digital capabilities
Identify new strategic and technological solutions
Position Purpose:
The candidate is responsible for the design, implementation and testing of the solution, working closely with the Senior Developer/System integrator of reference BNL. The candidate is oriented towards the configuration of the system, the implementation of integration activities with external systems and the implementation of any features not directly covered by the OOTB platform.
The main activities include:
• Configure the Service Now application
• Manage the administration of profiles and roles
• Develop scripts for any specific features
• Develop any API interfaces towards external systems
• Support testing activities from the technical aspects
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
In particular, the figure will have to:
• Support the entire development process in ServiceNow on the three components in the field (FSO, HRDS, WSD) respecting the technical specifications provided by the BNL system integrator.
• prepare and provide all the agreed documentation (e.g. test cases and results, baselines of the developed packages)
• promptly remove any anomalies found after the release by the system integrator or the business, delivering the updated version of the documentation.
• support the continuous dialogue and exchange of information with the Senior Developer/System Integrator to improve their activities to be carried out.
• guarantee full compliance with the commitment of the milestones and quality levels, risk containment
Contributing Responsibilities

· Critically and proactively evaluate the solution proposed by the system integrator, proposing a more appropriate one
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
2 years of experience in configuring modules and developing software on the ServiceNow platform
In particular, specific knowledge of these 3 modules FSO, HR, WSD.
2 years of experience in the following technologies:
• JavaScript: it is essential to have a good command of JavaScript for both server-side scripting and client-side scripting.
• HTML/CSS: knowledge of HTML and CSS is useful for creating and customizing user interfaces.
AngularJS: used to interact and customize ServiceNow portal widgets (service portal, employee center)
• jQuery: used to manipulate the DOM and manage events.
• JSON and XML: data formats commonly used for exchanging information o Scripting API (nice to have): to interact with data and functionality between different platforms.
Specific Qualifications:
Mandatory
· Certified System Administrator (CSA)
· Certified Application Developer (CAD)
At least 2 of these 4 certifications/accreditations
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management Financial Service Operations (FSO)
· Banking & Wealth Accreditation
· Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Accreditation
