Job Title: Vice President, Cross Assets Business Manager
Location: 735 Chesterbrook Boulevard, Chesterbrook, PA 19087
Duties: Secretary and Coordinator for topics related to Trading Best Execution. Secretary and Coordinator for topics related to Trading Market Access. Supervision of Transversal Business Management Team in Portugal. Support to Transversal Senior Management within Global Markets. Support to Business Management Teams working within the business lines of Global Markets. Support on topics related to Business Performance and Trading. Support on topics related to Internal Headcount. Support on topics related to Invoice Processing and Payment. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Securities Corp office in Chesterbrook, PA.
SALARY: $130,728.00 USD - $150,000.00 USD / year. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent based on combination of education and experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Banking. Must have three (3) years of experience with: Business Manager in a Cross-Asset capacity, including work in Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives and Foreign Exchange Markets, along with direct work with Traders and their day-to-day operations; Project Management Capacity and leading projects through planning, testing, implementation and delivery stages; Knowledge of Financial Product including Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives and Foreign Exchange Markets. Knowledge of Financial Markets trading activities; Knowledge of U.S. financial regulations, including Dodd Frank, FINRA, and SEC and their impact to Investment Banks, Broker-Dealers and other Financial Institutions; topics related to the following regulations: SEC Rule, 15c3, SEC Rule 605, SEC Rule 606, FINRA Rule 5310, CFTC Rule 1.73; Data Management Systems for Portfolio and Mandate Referential, Market Data Hubs and Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau and PowerBI; Trading Venues, including Exchanges and ATS, the regulations applying to these, as well as Venue connectivity systems such as Gateways, Adapters and Message Routers; and Trader facing systems, Order Management Systems, Pricing Systems, Pre-Trade Risk and Compliance Systems, Trade Surveillance Systems and Post-Trade Systems.
