About the job

  • As part of the 2025 strategic plan, Wealth Management (“WM”) has launched a major transformation to modernize its IT platform (the WITT Program). This ambitious project aims, among other things, to upgrade WM portfolio management, execution, credit and client referential management systems and transition to a multi-entity platform covering all WM operational centers. To participate to this transformation journey as well as other WM transformational initiatives, BNP Paribas WM team is looking to expand in Portugal. This is a unique opportunity to join the growing Portugal International Markets Hub (“PIMH”) family as a Financing Solutions (“FS”) Testing Analyst
  • The FS Testing Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the Wealth Management IT Transformation (Crystal / WITT) program by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. With a primary focus on the Financing Solutions (FS) department from BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Switzerland, this position will concentrate on key topics and tools. As the primary liaison between IT teams involved in WITT and FS teams, the IT Testing Specialist will realize important tasks and facilitate seamless communication and coordination

Your Main Activities Are

  • Testing And Quality Assurance
    • Collaborate with WITT and IT teams to prepare test cases that reflect functional and non-functional requirements for Specicred (Crystal project: replacement of workflow and monitoring tools used today by the FS teams: Primos, XMT) and WITT - ensuring that it meets all requirements and specifications
    • Execute test cases (User Acceptance Testing - UAT) in coordination with developers and business users to guarantee that all needs are covered
    • Document test execution results clearly and concisely
    • Identify defects, log detailed anomaly tickets, and highlight critical issues to the development team
    • Track defect resolution and verify fixes before final sign off
  • Change Management: Documentation And Training
    • Support the documentation of changes and design/deliver user training sessions for FS teams on new functionalities in the relevant tools
    • Update operating procedures and credit policies to reflect new workflows and system functionalities where necessary
    • Collaborate with the Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams to develop and implement processes and procedures for the ongoing use and maintenance of the FS tools
    • Facilitate adoption, gathering feedback and recommending continuous improvement actions
  • Post-Go-Live Support
    • Assist in gathering post-live issues and improvements identified by FS teams, ensuring that the FS tools meet their needs
    • Ensure that the FS tools are properly maintained and supported after deployment, resolving any issues or defects that may arise
    • Collaborate with the WITT team to identify and resolve any post-go-live issues, guaranteeing the FS tools’ continued stability and effectiveness

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Experience with Financing Solution Platforms (e.g., credit workflow, loan monitoring tools)
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Knowledge of BNP Paribas financing systems and their integration points
  • Knowledge of the Wealth Management business
  • Knowledge of Coding skills (VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Python)
  • Proficiency in Change Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work within a dedicated project team focused on Swiss booking center implementation
