About the job

  • The DataViz team, within Compliance Process‑Technology and Services (PT&S) Tools Support Team, is in charge to provide Compliance risks oversight, performance measure and more generally end to end reporting on the main compliance processes

Your Main Activities Are

  • Reporting maintenance and data refresh
  • Handle small / noncomplex corrections and updates / modifications of the existing dashboards
  • Keep up to date the data refresh procedures
  • Share the dashboards (server push, mailing lists, among others)
  • Develop knowledge on systems used for reporting production (DataViz tactical, semi-Target and target system based on Tableau solution and SODA data platform)
  • Be able to provide explanation on the calculus methods and formulas for the main indicators
  • Bring the first (on simple subjects/functions) or N2 level of Support (advanced comprehension of the tools) and data
  • Manage the subjects that may be escalated to Product owners (bug management/subjects close to incidentology)
  • Handle “pain point” communications from users, as well as the requests for enhancement, and address them accordingly to the product owners
  • The Support officer will finally be in charge of the global communication management (Business As Usual (BAU)/incident or new communication if necessary)
  • Develop minor enhancement or corrective change on existing dashboards
  • Occasionally take in charge all the steps and technical activities on new dashboard development such as conception, development, testing, documentation/reporting and deployment parts
  • The Support team is also the entry point for post deployment/technical intervention testing phases (scheduled or not)
  • Manage the access right management in IT tools (My Access, Jira)
  • Manage the global Access right topics and provide support in the identification of appropriate jurisdictions for users
  • Conduct the periodic access rights review
  • Manage the scheduling of the BAU actions with DataViz Team
  • Manage the generic mailbox GROUP -- PARIS CPL DATAVIZ, inform the project team about new customer requests and answer them
  • Create, fill, update and follow up the JIRA requests in coordination with DataViz Team contributors
  • Update the monthly report of BAU activity about management of licensing, data refresh, dashboard enhancements, dashboards attendance and performance on tableau server platform

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience (IT mindset and/or First experience in Banking environment would be a plus)
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop development or similar tool
  • Basic knowledge Python or SQL (DataIKu will be a plus)
  • Fluent in English / French is a plus
  • Service oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of JIRA tracking tools would be a plus
