About the job
- The role works as part of a global team providing coverage of these (primarily US) clients within the business to ensure seamless delivery of the Prime Services platform to them in accordance with their requirements. The team partners directly with the US team located in NY (late shift schedule)
Your Main Activities Are
- Resolve client issues and queries quickly and accurately
- Build and maintain direct relationships with Hedge Fund client base and global partners within Prime Services
- Understand each client’s investment strategy and match it with our service capabilities
- Oversee the interaction of our operations teams with the client’s own operations team
- Gather client technology needs and ensure they are prioritized in our IT book of work
- Analyze and resolve issues arising from ensuring adequate collateralization of client portfolios
- Oversee wire transfers and manage fund requirements
- Ensure timely settlement of financing and equity reset cash flows
- Support new market entry by preparing documentation and setting up required processes
- Respond to client requests for reports and customize reporting as needed
- Develop sound understanding of regulatory changes within the industry that impact our clients and their business
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in finance or client service roles
- Basic knowledge of the hedge fund industry and equity market operations
- Ability to manage client expectations and build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English mandatory)
- Ability to work in teams and meet tight deadlines
- Organizational skills and detail orientated
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities and challenging timelines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

It combines traditional prime brokerage services such as financing, risk management and securities lending with innovative equity derivative solutions. The goal is to anticipate client needs and deliver seamless service across all touch points
