Risk is the Group’s independent second line of defense, covering credit, market, liquidity and operational risks. The Iberian Hub in Madrid supports the global Risk function with consulting, data analytics, AI and cyber‑security services, acting as a partner and gatekeeper for sustainable growth.

🎯 MISSION

• Contribute to the reduction of operational risk across CIB activities.
• Ensure transformation programmes align with the Target Operating Model and regulatory expectations.
• Drive AI & automation initiatives and embed best‑practice platforms globally.
• Support change, training and communication for the Risk ORM CIB community.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead or co‑lead transformation projects (Target Operating Model, industrialisation, AI/Automation).
• Manage relationships with RISK System (India) and coordinate with OROs worldwide.
• Organise and animate workshops, steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee RISK360 user access for 1LOD & 2LOD and support COO Office tasks.
• Contribute to transversal strategic initiatives and governance bodies.

💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, audit or program management.
• Proven expertise in program and project management, preferably in an agile environment.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken); French is a plus.
• Strong organisational, synthetic and people‑skills; ability to deliver autonomously.
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of CIB businesses and the Risk “galaxy” is advantageous.
