Business Manager - Mid Market Corporate Sales (B2)

About the role 

You will take ownership of a Mid-Market Corporate Customer portfolio, building strong relationships both internally and externally to drive long term sucess. Acting as a trusted partner, you will represent your customer's needs within the business, helping to solve challenges and improve efficiencies through our diverse mobility solutions. 

As the senior strategic point of contact for your customers, you will lead regular business reviews, manage contract extensions negotiations and tender processes, and drive high renewal rates alongside opportunities to upsell products and services.

You will be accountable for delivering portfolio growth, product penetration, profitability and customer NPS targets. Working closely with the wider account team, you will play a leading role in ensuring every customer receives an outstanding level of service delivery.   


What we’re looking for

You’re an expert at building strong commercial relationships, with a good understanding of corporate leasing, fleet management propositions and salary sacrifice. You also consistently demonstrate high levels of ownership and accountability in your work. 

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in managing corporate clients 
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and shape a solution that adds value
  • Long-term and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen

The package

We are offering a basic starting salary of up to £60,000, plus additional on target commission of £20,000. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday and the option to purchase an additional 5 days
