The position at a glance

Placements could include but are not limited to:

Production & Support

• Monitor and troubleshoot critical business applications.
• Provide Level‑1/2 support to traders, bankers and internal users.
• Participate in incident, problem and change management (ITIL).

Development / Engineering

• Write clean code in Java, Python, C++ or .NET (team‑dependent).
• Contribute to new features, automation scripts and micro‑services.
• Use DevSecOps tools to improve release pipelines.

Cyber & Infrastructure

• Support identity‑access, vulnerability and security‑operations tools.
• Help keep our data‑centers, networks and cloud platforms secure and resilient.

Business Analysis / Integration

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specs for developers.
• Test new releases and validate that they meet user expectations.

Quality & Automation

• Design and execute functional & performance tests.
• Build automated test suites to speed up releases.

Transversal Projects

Join cross‑functional initiatives (digital transformation, governance, budgeting) led by the CTO office.

What You Will Need: 

Our programs are a springboard for college students to launch their careers through exciting and intellectually stimulating opportunities. To succeed amongst our teams, we look for those with a strong academic story, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to articulate ideas well-to clients and colleagues alike.

• Given the vast majority of our clients, both internal and external, are based outside of Quebec and Canada, specific language requirements may apply. Knowledge of French and English is required.
