Position Purpose | |||
To lead/support technical transformation in the most efficient and stabilized manner for Global Trade Finance operations.

Responsibilities | |||
Direct Responsibilities
Leading/Support change management around IT deployments. Responsibilities include · Be functional SPOC for global stakeholders for all IT change management i.e. 21 onshore Middle office teams and Global IT teams. · Be Trade Finance, BNPP Trade application, end to end Trade operations and setup SME. · Analyzing production issues (RTB) and business requirements (CTB) to derive target solution in collaboration with Trade IT teams. · Collaborate with Global Sponsors and Trade IT teams for JIRA prioritization, Bugs corrections and enhancements.
· Supporting Technical change management for Trade applications by: m Building of comprehensive Test Case Book. m Overseeing UAT execution for timeliness and quality. m Taking lead in corrections/fixes for bugs/regression identified in UAT. m Knowledge Transfer and training to operations for in scope changes. m Sign off operational readiness. m Stabilization support.
Contributing Responsibilities
m Support global automation initiatives. m Support global IT governance. m Act as advisory to Internal Teams on existing Application functionalities to support business imperatives.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
The previous position of the candidate should have enabled him/her to develop the following technical skills: r Minimum 10 years of International trade finance operations experience. r Experience of supporting technical change management preferred. r Strong communication skills with good level of written/Spoken English. r Strong organisation skills. r Good knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, Word, PPT and Visio) r Excellent interpersonal skills r Capacity to work in a multicultural environment and in a team; r Pro-activity r Good Synthesis capabilities r Professionalism: resolution of problems, quality oriented, respect of the commitments; r Attention to detail/ Good analytical skills r Innovative thinking | |||
