FRESH is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and Risk functions that brings together a community of experts coming from Finance, Risk, and IT backgrounds, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market.
- FRESH is a unique organization within BNP Paribas, part of IT Group yet actively managed through an innovative partnership with Finance and Risk.
- Shared Data Ecosystem oversees the integrated Finance and Risk framework by collecting additional data to enlarge the scope of covered entities and by implementing additional features within the Shared Reporting Space (SRS). Shared Data Ecosystem also bring together functional and technological expertise to merge current applications into the new Finance and Risk Environments (DataHub / Datalab).
- SDE02 - Financial Reporting Systems team manage evolutions for applications in the scope and their operational follow up, do the collection of user requirements regarding data restitutions by identifying adapted solutions, contribute to numerous regulatory projects and build regulatory reporting based on shared data.
- Working with ITTF – Finance & Risk Solutions on the SDE Auxiliary Consolidation Tools scope, you will join the team in charge of application maintenance for the MAGRITTE financial reporting solution and the DEGAS Disclosure Management tool.

- Establish the link between the Business operational teams/Product and IT
- Translate each business need into detailed requirements
- Collect and analyze every new need deriving from market changes, internal projects, client requests or simply user’s requests for enhancement of the system
- Propose and document the most optimal solutions to meet users and/or client’s expectations, always involving all relevant stakeholders in the process
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze the needs coming from the Business and or normative and regulatory changes, proposing sustainable solutions, designing the expected changes, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements.
- Contribute to the validation of any new requirement by configuring the tool and performing the unit acceptance tests. Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of functional acceptance and validation, assessing all potential impacts.
- Ensure the implementation of new features and changes in Production environment, following the go live process, comparing the impacts towards expectations and proposing adjustments when needed
- Be a major actor in the quarterly closing, participating in the preparation and providing support to users
- Enhance and update documentation
- On-call duty during Quarterly Closings

Tools and Methodologies
- Kanban methodology (Proficient)
- Knowledge of Excel/Word (PACK Microsoft Office) is mandatory;
- Knowledge SQL is mandatory
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.

Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
- Relevant professional experience as BA (3 - 4 years);
- Previous banking experience is a plus;
