What is this position about?
FX Settlement for corporate clients
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Execute, monitor and settle corporate FX transactions – manage the full trade life cycle from trade capture to final settlement.
- Ensure accurate booking – record each transaction correctly in the FXMM platform as well as in the bond and derivatives systems.
- End to end trade processing – perform trade entry, confirmation, settlement, and post settlement reconciliation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders – work closely with the front office, treasury teams, custodians and external counterparties to guarantee smooth settlement.
- Resolve exceptions promptly – identify and remediate settlement breaks, mismatches or fail fails within agreed service level targets.
- Maintain compliance – adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II) and audit standards.
- Continuous improvement – contribute to process optimization, automation initiatives and the enhancement of control frameworks.
- Foreign Exchange Law Knowledge – Must have a solid understanding of applicable foreign exchange regulations (e.g., Korean Foreign Exchange Transaction Act, EU FX rules, US Treasury regulations, etc.) and be able to apply this knowledge to daily operational activities, reporting, and compliance reviews.

- Contributes to prepare data for optimized Funding of ALM-Treasury
- Contributes to franchise development by enhanced cooperation with FI&T, Finance, and other department
