Descrição

Position Purpose

  • Work as part of the DCIO team on WM Data Governance (Data Quality, Data literacy, Data Lineage/Architecture, Data Privacy by Design, Data Protection workstreams). 
  • Supports Chief Data Office (CDO) within Wealth Management IT organization. Drive the Data initiatives transversally with WM Leadership, Application Development & Maintenance (ADM), Architecture (S&A), Engineering & Production (E&P), Security (CISO) teams. 
  • Support the development & testing of software / applications for Data Management and Governance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support DCIO on Data Initiatives e.g., RAMI (Data Retention), Data Privacy, Data Quality, etc.
  • In charge of leading execution of Internal Controls + new adaptations required by the Group 
  • SPOC within Wealth Management operationally managing Data Custodian IT Officer (DCIO) activities and closely working with DPO (Data Protection Officer) / CDO (Chief Data Officer) teams.
  • Project management (Business’ need + specification and implementation) on Data Lineage tool

 

Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as:
  • In roles involving Data expertise (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Privacy & Protection, Data Management)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer science or Electronic & Communications)

 

Special Qualifications

  • Data Governance and Data Security expertise
  • Project management and project delivery experience of 10+ years
  • Wealth Management products and Applications knowledge
  • Expert knowledge across Excel, SQL, Python, Collibra, PowerBI, Cloud (IBM)

 

Skills required

  • Knowledge about Data and Compliance / Regulatory environment (global and local Data Regulations)
  • Understand how data is used (e.g., Analytics, Business Intelligence, etc.)
  • Awareness of Data lifecycle, and Data Transformations / Data Lineage
  • Data Quality, Data Architecture, Database Management 
  • Data Privacy & Protection, Security of data
  • Ability to define relevant key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Communicate to WM on the industry best practices on data, and the applicability
  • Problem solving and team collaboration
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Project management and business analysis
  • Agile methodology

 

Transversal Skills

  • Proficient in designing new process, adaptation of Group IT processes to Wealth Management IT
  • Strong communication to elaborate across stakeholders, and support change
  • Minimum 10 years of Data governance experience
