Junior Specialist - FDS Payments and Transfers Team

Requirements:

• Knowledge on the Fund Industry 
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English (min. B2)
• Multitasking
• Great communication skills
• Risk awareness and ability to propose/implement process improvements
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn
• Proactivity and ability to take initiative

Responsibilities:

• Processing daily payments instructions and transfer orders in order to deliver required service accordingly to SLA requirements.
• Performs daily checks in the system, input payments instructions, placing and settling transfer orders to ensure process is delivered in line with the procedures.
• Monitors incoming email queries to ensure timely responses.
• Reports to Team Leader any system or process problems to ensure the issues are addressed.
• Prepares required reports to fulfil SLA requirements.
• Identifies and reports gaps in the process in order to reduce risk and inefficiency in the process
